Account Support - Merchant Incubation

Salary: 5,288,796 gross BPJS THR Compensation

Job Description: - Train and onboard new merchants on platform usage and operations. - Reactivate low-performing or inactive merchants through analysis and field visits. - Upsell platform features, promotions, and products to increase merchant performance. - Record merchant data, visit results, and performance metrics in Google Sheets/Forms. - Validate merchant information (menu, location, hours) via field checks and digital research.

Requirements 1. Minimum D3/S1 with 1 year experience in sales, account management, or field operations. 2. Strong skills in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets). 3. Analytical mindset to identify and solve merchant performance issues. 4. Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable handling challenging accounts. 5. Own a motorcycle and valid SIM C; willing to do daily field visits in Surabaya.
