Finance Accounting and Tax Manager

About the job Finance Accounting and Tax Manager Requirements;

Min Bachelor Degree in Tax, Accounting or any related discipline

Min 10 years working experience in taxation, accounting and finance manager

Certified Tax Brevet A & B

Able to generate Cashflows, budgets and reports

Experience in project industry is added advantage

Prepare tax payments on monthly basis and performs monthly, quarterly and annual tax reporting pertaining to relevant Income tax articles such as 21,23,4(2), 25, VAT etc.

Handling of transfer pricing documentation, Corporate Income tax, Import taxation etc.

Bank reconciliation, Accounting system handling and maintaining ledgers and ensuring accurate accounting as per guidelines

Complete knowledge on tax regulations applicable in Indonesia

Prepare work programs and budgets for Budgeting & Cost Control and evaluate the progress of each work to ensure the achievement of work targets according to the workplan and budget that has been set.

Monitor and evaluate the status of actual Operational Expenditure (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) expenditures as well as evaluate the submission of costs that are not in accordance with the predetermined budget to control expenditures to comply with the work plan and budget that has been set.

Registers and controls variation in cost

Monitors, reports and forecast cost performance index and provides analysis and recommendation to minimize any gaps

Risk mitigation planning and execution

Monitoring and analyze the submission of operating costs from all relevant Divisions/Departments to identify the submission of costs that are not in accordance with the set budget as a form of control over the use of the Company's budget.
