Requirements Experience in the same field At least 2 year of experience in a similar role Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field Strong knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards Proficient in menu planning, inventory control, and food costing Possesses excellent cooking skills in Indonesian, Western, and Chinese cuisines Able to lead and supervise a kitchen team, including training and daily task management Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
