Role Description The Operation Admin role is a full-time, on-site position located in Tangerang Selatan. The responsibility will be as follows:

Monitor and record real-time stock levels to ensure data integrity.

Manage comprehensive warehouse administration, including the creation and monitoring of return delivery notes from transporters.

Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for the seamless receiving and dispatching of goods.

Prepare routine administrative reports using Excel functions.

Qualifications

Minimum High School (SMA), Vocational School (SMK), or Diploma (D3).

At least 1 year of experience as a

Warehouse Administrator .

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, specifically

Sum, Vlookup, and Pivot Tables .

Familiarity with

WMS

workflows is preferable.

Passive English skills.

Attention to detail in tracking stock and documentation to prevent logistical errors.

Ability to prioritize urgent delivery notes while maintaining an organized filing system.

Clear coordination with transporters and internal teams to resolve delivery discrepancies.
