In this role, you’ll get to:
Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels.
Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth.
Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using SQL or Tableau.
Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.
What you’ll need to succeed:
4–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst in tech, consulting, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and generate impactful recommendations.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehousing: SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
Innovative problem‑solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges creatively.
Stakeholder management & communication skills: ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
