Mission
As an Account Specialist with TDCX, you will be an important member of the sales organization, focusing on the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. You will play a critical role in driving the full sales process from prospecting for new customer acquisition to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Contact new and existing clients via telephone, chat, and email daily, identify sales opportunities and provide the best solution for their business goal.
Become an expert on client’s advertising solutions, identify trends, and solve problems.
Improve client experience by driving optimal product adoption; manage a portfolio of SMB clients and grow revenue.
Provide pre‑ and post‑sales assistance for all applicable products.
Provide vital product insights, feedback and revenue trends; share feedback from the advertisers.
Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have succeeded in growing their business by using the products.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management.
Qualifications
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
Preferably 2 years of related work experience.
Business development, sales account management or consultative selling experience is a plus.
Knowledge of digital marketing industry is a plus.
Self‑starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English

Cantonese .
