JR106405# **Your Role**Reach Truck Operator is essential for the smooth and safe operation of a warehouse or distribution center. Operators use reach trucks, which are compact and agile, to handle goods in tight spaces and high-racking systems***Main Duties***1. Place the goods that they have been unloaded from containers or trucks to be placed in predetermined places in the warehouse based on the type of product, or special conditions of the goods following SAP warehouse management system.2. Ensure the goods to be storage in the right line and follow SOP. E.g. pallet usage; wrapping, quality check. Keep the storage area clean and tidy.3. Take the goods out to be delivered by suppliers (import or local) from the racking and place them into a predetermined area before being loaded into the vehicle (truck/car box) for delivery.4. Ensure the goods are in good condition by checking the material accordance to quality requirement before delivery / shipment to costumers.5. Perform forklift (reach truck) is maintained according to manual and so that it is always in a ready-to-use condition. Perform checklist and report to upline supervisor.6. To use a reach truck to safely load, unload, and move materials in narrow warehouse aisles or high-storage environments, ensuring efficient material handling and inventory management, safely.7. Carry out work in accordance with the procedures listed in ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001:2018.8. Follow QSHE regulation, standard and procedures including 5 golden roles and implement them that apply in the company.***Authorities***•

Maintain the condition of the reach truck so that it is always in good working condition.***Job Requirement***-

Education Senior High Scholl (SMA) or Equivalent

Possess a valid Forklift Operator License (SIO).

Proficient in operating Counterbalance Forklifts & Reach Trucks

-

Understand safe Material Handling Equipment operation

-

Minimum 2 years of experience

-

Willing to work in shifts

-

Able to work well with others

-

Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and security regulations (OSHA standards).
