Account Receivable Lead

Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day AR operations and manage AR Team workload

Lead sales and selling expense reporting

Drive and execute strategic initiatives and one‑time projects (returns, new distributor onboarding, improvement projects)

Handle customer cases, engage stakeholders (customers, bank, Sales, SCM teams)

Qualifications

Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Ability to meet deadlines under pressure

Excellent attention to detail and strong critical thinking

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Solid understanding of invoice processing

Tax knowledge for tax mapping and tax implications of transactions

Familiarity with accounting principles and ERP systems
