We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SAP FICO Consultant to join our team in a hybrid work setup based in Jakarta. You will be a crucial player in both ongoing application support and active participation in SAP implementation and rollout projects. Scope of Work and Services This role involves providing comprehensive, end-to-end support throughout the SAP application lifecycle, covering all necessary SAP modules as required by business needs. Your engagement will include both ongoing application management services and active participation in various SAP implementation and rollout projects.

Key Activities and Responsibilities 1. Implementation & Project Engagements

Actively participate in SAP implementation and rollout projects from inception to completion.

Gather and meticulously analyze client requirements to propose and tailor effective SAP solutions.

Facilitate and thoroughly document Business Blueprint workshops.

Configure SAP modules precisely in accordance with defined business requirements.

Design detailed Functional Specifications for FRICEW (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflows).

Collaborate seamlessly with ABAP developers for component development and rigorous validation.

Ensure robust integration across various SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, CO) and with external systems.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive key user training and documentation.

Ensure all project deliverables consistently meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

2. Application Management Services (AMS)

Provide timely and efficient support for helpdesk incidents and service requests.

Deliver services based on established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring quick response and resolution times.

Resolve SAP application issues reported by end-users promptly.

Perform thorough root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.

Execute minor configuration changes as requested.

Support data uploads and report generation.

Modify and enhance custom layouts as required by business needs.

5. System and Application Improvements

Continuously analyze and optimize SAP business processes to improve overall efficiency.

Implement functional enhancements and adopt new SAP features to meet evolving business requirements.

6. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster repeat business opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in handling the SAP FICO module.

Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations and rollout projects.

Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points, especially with MM, SD, and CO.

Proficiency in creating functional specifications for FRICEW objects.

Experience with SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and support.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
