Job Description We are seeking an experienced Bali-based Property Consultant to collaborate on the marketing and sale of a premium Freehold (SHM) land asset located in Tibubeneng, Canggu. This is a performance-based opportunity suited for consultants with an established investor or developer network within Bali’s property market. The property: • Freehold (SHM) • 538 sqm total area • Flexible subdivision options • Located within a premium development cluster in Tibubeneng • 10–15 minutes from Canggu’s main lifestyle destinations This is not a mass-market listing. We are looking for a structured and professional sales approach targeting qualified buyers only.

Compensation Structure • Commission-based (success fee) • No monthly retainer • Competitive performance-based compensation • Clear and transparent agreement Compensation details will be discussed privately with shortlisted candidates.
