Job Responsibilities Team Lead Operator:Responsible for guiding team members in the correct use and maintenance of tooling/fixtures and equipment; promoting and supervising safe operation practices; providing operational skills training to team operators.Control production output in accordance with the production plan.Promptly identify quality abnormalities; record and report defective products and any production exceptions.Continuously monitor production conditions to improve product pass rates.Responsible for executing the team’s production tasks, manpower allocation, and labor discipline management; record attendance and employees’ work attitudes, and report to senior management.
