Conduct sales and marketing activities to achieve the targets set by the Company.2. Identify potential customers, analyze market trends, and support the development of sales and marketing strategies.3. Prepare and develop sales proposals/quotations and maintain proper documentation.4. Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs and operational requirements are fulfilled.6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.7. Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales and marketing activities.

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.

2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.

3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.Requirements :* Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in any major.* Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.* Good communication and teamwork skills.* Experience in logistics or shipping is preferred.* Willing to be based in Makassar.**Join us and help create the future of logistics!****Samudera** is a pioneer in Indonesia’s shipping industry, providing integrated shipping, ports & logistics services with its vast network throughout the archipelago.
