Responsibilities
Develop and execute national sales strategy aligned with regional and global business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and expand a high‑performing sales team focused on enterprise, telco operators, government, and channel partners.
Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to senior leadership.
Identify new market opportunities in telecommunications, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, managed services, IoT, and emerging ICT categories.
Drive acquisition of new customers while expanding relationships with existing key accounts.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives, decision makers, and strategic partners.
Develop and manage relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and telecom service providers.
Oversee channel incentive programs, co‑marketing activities, and partner enablement to maximize coverage and sales productivity.
Own end‑to‑end sales cycle, including complex deal negotiation, contract structuring, and pricing strategy.
Ensure compliance with regional commercial policies, legal requirements, and ethical business practices.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, product, engineering, finance) to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Track KPIs such as revenue, market share, customer satisfaction, and sales productivity.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives, sales training, and performance review processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within telecommunications, ICT, enterprise technology, or relevant sectors.
Proven success managing multimillion‑dollar sales targets and driving year‑on‑year growth.
Strong experience with Indonesia’s enterprise, government, and telecommunications markets.
Deep understanding of telco networks, cloud solutions, ICT infrastructure, digital transformation, and enterprise technology trends.
Strong leadership, team‑building, and coaching abilities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a strong customer‑centric mindset.
Able to operate in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
