Position Summary: The

Director - Food & Beverage

provides strategic and operational leadership for all Food & Beverage operations during and after the hotel’s conversion into

Banyan Group . As a key member of the Executive Committee, this role is responsible for driving F&B profitability, service excellence, brand alignment, and guest satisfaction across all outlets and events. The position ensures that F&B concepts, standards, and experiences are fully aligned with Banyan Group’s brand promise while supporting the hotel’s overall commercial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities: F&B Operations & Guest Experience Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, events, and in-room dining. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverage, and service experiences in line with Banyan Group and Angsana brand standards. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across all F&B areas. Hotel Conversion & Brand Integration Lead the F&B transition during the hotel conversion, ensuring alignment with Banyan Group brand standards, concepts, and SOPs. Support menu engineering, outlet repositioning, and service enhancements pre- and post-conversion. Collaborate with Corporate and Regional teams on brand compliance, promotions, and F&B initiatives. Financial Performance & Cost Control Drive F&B revenue growth and profitability through effective pricing, menu engineering, promotions, and cost management. Prepare, manage, and control the F&B budget, forecasts, and annual business plans. Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory levels, and operational efficiencies to optimize margins. Sales, Marketing & Promotions Work closely with Sales & Marketing to develop and execute F&B promotions, events, and marketing initiatives. Support banquet and event sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities. Represent the hotel at promotional and networking events as required. Leadership & Talent Development Build, lead, and develop a high-performing F&B team, fostering engagement, accountability, and service excellence. Support talent development, training, and succession planning in collaboration with Human Capital. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and performance management processes. Collaboration & Governance Represent the Food & Beverage Division on the Hotel Executive Committee. Ensure compliance with Banyan Group policies, local regulations, and corporate governance requirements. Actively engage with guests, soliciting feedback and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Minimum

5–8 years of experience

in Food & Beverage leadership within an

international or branded hotel environment,

with a preference for experience in the hospitality industry (Indonesia experience is a plus). Bachelor’s degree in

Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration , or a related field. Proven experience as a

Director of Food & Beverage

or senior F&B leadership role. Strong operational knowledge across

restaurants, bars, banquets, and large-scale events . Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability management. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage large and diverse teams. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.

Working Conditions: Full-time position, based at Angsana Gunung Geulis Bogor, Indonesia, a conversion property under Banyan Group. Flexible working hours, as required to accommodate business needs.
