Project Director

Overview

Responsible for the overall execution of various strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, meeting required quality and safety standards, and fulfilling commercial and contractual objectives. Strategically lead the governance, decision-making for the project portfolio, and act as the primary liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and executive management. Strategically lead in terms of team capacity, organizing and developing the skills of the division's human resources under leadership. Responsibilities

Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Master's in Project Management is preferred Having 10-15 years of experience in a project-based environment (construction, EPC, interior, infrastructure, property, or engineering) Minimum 5-8 years in senior leadership roles such as Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or Program Manager About Humana International Group
