B usiness Development Manager (Construction Business)

Job Description: - Looking for opportunities to get new projects, both from old and new clients - Carrying out market research, analysis and forecasting - Prepare complete documents for submitting prequalification proposals - Submitting prequalification and tender applications - Negotiating with clients - Maintain relationships and communication with clients to optimize tender opportunities with management support

Qualifications:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. - At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field preferred from Construction Company is required for this position. - Preferably specialized in Marketing / Business Development or equivalent. - Expert the power plant market network. - Expert the transmission market network. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and research new market as needed. - Can join immediately
