Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Officer is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and managing partnerships and new customers. The role ensures that the company expands domestic and international remittance, grows revenue streams, and strengthens brand awareness while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Identify potential markets (internal within Fasdeli Group and outside the group).

Partner with reliable enablers/aggregators.

Manage current partners and customers.

Expand domestic and international remittance services.

Prepare reports relevant to business analysis.

Collaborate (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with the digital team to ensure all activities align with Fasremit values.

Ensure all business activities comply with PBI (Peraturan Bank Indonesia) once FasRemit license is issued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from any major, preferably Business, Management, or Chinese Literature.

Open to fresh graduates.

Having at least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnership Management, or a related position is a plus.

Must be able to speak Mandarin, written & spoken (minimum HSK 4).

Willing to work on Saturdays (half day).
