About the Role
This role focuses on ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant payroll operations while maintaining a reliable HRIS environment. You will drive process efficiency, provide expert support to internal stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement in payroll and system management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of Payroll Management: Payroll Accrual Processing, Computation, disbursement, administration, reporting, and analysis of data
Responsible for handling mandatory social welfare administration and private insurance affairs on a monthly basis
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations of employees to local regulators, including monthly tax reporting
Responsible for HRIS management and ensuring the system & process is effective, efficient and applicable with internal rules
Act as a point of contact in terms of HRIS management and Payroll
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or another related field may be preferred.
5+ years' experience working in HR Process payroll or a similar role.
Familiar with payroll system software and experience working with accounting (e.g. Talenta and Sunfish)
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, data sensitive, willing to learn at all times, and possess IDEAL attitude
Fluent in Bahasa and English.
