ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR Responsibilities

Identifying electrical hazards in the work area.

Conducting risk assessments related to electrical installations and activities.

Providing risk control recommendations in accordance with OHS standards.

Performing routine inspections of electrical installations, panels, cables, grounding, and live equipment.

Ensuring panels are safe, closed, and labeled with warning signs.

Conducting compliance audits according to PUIL, Ministerial Regulations, and other applicable electrical standards.

Supervising electrical maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning work.

Ensuring electrical workers have the required licenses/competence and work according to SOPs & Work Permits.

Performing tests such as:

Grounding measurement

Insulation resistance (IR test)

Cable continuity

Load and current testing
