Job Title GWS Senior Workplace Coordinator (GA)

Location Karawang, Indonesia

Job Overview The GWS Senior Workplace Coordinator (GA) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Integrated Facility Management (IFM) and Third‑Party services, which include security, cleaning, gardening, pest control, catering, laundry, receptionist, and office management. The role also oversees office renovation and new office projects to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety. Responsibilities involve selecting, operating, reviewing vendors/3rd parties, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Implement HSE, Food Safety, and GMP policies.

Design, troubleshoot, and improve IFM service activities.

Analyze and optimize IFM service processes.

Collaborate with internal teams and external parties.

Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Provide training and support to IFM service teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or related field.

Minimum 2 years experience in IFM services within Food Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, or Hospital industry.

Skilled in managing teams and multiple vendors.

Experience in Security, Cleaning Service, and Pest Management.

Strong knowledge of industrial operations and project management.

Good communication, teamwork, and structured work attitude.
