About the Role We are looking for a

KOL Specialist (F&B Category)

who will play a key role in managing

creator-driven promotional campaigns for F&B brands

through TikTok GO. In this role, you will work closely with our

food creators, merchants, and internal teams

to execute creator campaigns from

planning to content delivery , ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and generates strong engagement. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about

creator marketing, social media trends, and the food & beverage industry .

Key Responsibilities Manage the

end-to-end execution of KOL/creator campaigns for F&B brands . Coordinate with

food creators within our talent pool

for promotional campaigns. Conduct

creator briefings , ensuring clear understanding of campaign objectives, deliverables, and content guidelines. Manage

creator scheduling and merchant visit coordination . Monitor

content production progress and ensure timely uploads

based on campaign schedules. Track and monitor

creator performance and campaign execution . Maintain strong relationships with

creators and F&B merchant partners . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed

efficiently and at scale .

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in

Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields . 1–3 years of experience

in KOL management, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or agency environment. Strong understanding of

TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content trends , especially in the

F&B niche . Excellent

coordination and project management skills . Strong communication and relationship management abilities. Detail-oriented and able to

manage multiple campaigns simultaneously . Experience working with

content creators or influencers is a strong advantage .
