Leasing & Finance Specialist - Commercial Vehicle Job Responsibilities

Manage Leasing Disbursement: Coordinate with leasing companies, dealers, and customers to process and accelerate financing approvals and disbursement for vehicle purchases.

Develop Leasing Programs: Design and implement competitive financing schemes such as down payment structures, tenor options, interest support, and promotional financing programs to support sales.

Expand Leasing Network: Build and maintain relationships with leasing companies, banks, and multi-finance institutions; identify and onboard new financing partners.

Dealer Coordination: Support dealers by providing financing solutions for customers and ensuring smooth communication with leasing partners.

Market & Financing Analysis: Monitor market trends, interest rates, and competitor financing programs; provide recommendations to improve financing competitiveness.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong partnerships with financing institutions and support long‑term collaboration.

Reporting & Monitoring: Track financing approvals, disbursement performance, and program effectiveness; prepare regular reports.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in leasing, multifinance, or vehicle financing.

Existing network with leasing companies or banks is preferred.

Good understanding of vehicle financing schemes and credit approval processes.

Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.

Experience in commercial vehicle or truck financing is a plus.
