QUALIFICATION

Diploma or Bachelor degree in engineering / industrial engineering / Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 3-7 Years relevant work experience in automotive for supplier Hands on experience in Supplier Evaluation, APQP & PPAP, Quality Tools, ISO/TS16949 (VDA), Capacity Evaluation and risk management.

Strong problem solving skills and proficiency in Quality analysis tools such as 8D, SPC, FMEA, etc.,

Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance, ability to work in an international and intercultural challenging environment.

English language written and spoken fluently, Multi-linguistic abilities would be an added advantage..

Knowledge in logistic, supply chain, PPC and forecasting system via MRP

Knowledge in SAP and advanced excel management , power point

English and Bahasa Indonesia on a professional and fluent level

Basic knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001,

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Develop and supplier control, Locals Part development & Series quality management.

Responsible for local part order management of production parts. Ensure timely arrival of local parts and adherence to inventory/stock plan and supplier management support .

With main task (not limited to):

Supplier Development & Integration Support

Supplier Management & Series Quality Management Support
