What you'll do

Design and produce localized advertising materials (with a focus on video motion graphics) based on product highlights and promotional needs. Keep up with creative advertising trends and visual expressions in the financial industry, ensuring diversity and freshness in ad concepts while iterating and optimizing materials. Continuously refine advertising creatives to improve click-through and conversion rates, while developing and documenting design methodologies. Independently complete video design, motion graphics, and interactive animation demos. Pursue excellence in visual aesthetics and motion effects, while exploring innovative design languages and motion expression styles. Collaborate closely with the design team and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of design solutions. Responsible for designing a series of videos for BG Wallet, including brand promotional videos and product feature videos. Responsible for motion design for BG Wallet products to enhance the product experience.

What you'll need

Proven experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing video and animation projects. Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and motion dynamics. Proficiency in motion design and video tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma). Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving creative environment. Passion for exploring new trends in design and motion graphics. Strong English communication skills are preferred. Over 5 years of experience in video or product motion design. Possess an international aesthetic sense and a good understanding of overseas cultures. Experience in major overseas companies or international projects is preferred.
