Content & Social Media Strategist Lead

Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media & content strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.

Lead content planning, production, and publication across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

Maintain consistent tone of voice and visual identity in every digital communication.

Monitor and analyze performance using analytics tools, providing insights and optimization plans.

Build online community engagement and manage brand reputation on social media.

Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Product teams to ensure strategy integration.

Lead and develop the creative & social media team to deliver impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in content strategy, digital, or social media roles.

Strong leadership, creative, and analytical skills.

Deep understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience behavior.

Proven experience in managing digital campaigns and improving engagement performance.
