Human Capital & Business Services Sr. Officer at TUKR | HRBP | Executive Support | People Partner | Global Talent Acquisition | Driving HR Excellence TUKR is a rapidly expanding renewable commodities trader with a hyper‑focus on direct origination of bio‑feedstock material, primarily Used Cooking Oil (UCO) for biofuel production. We develop complex supply chains within challenging locations to source UCO as a sustainable and renewable material for biofuel. We bulk, store, blend and deliver volumes of UCO to our end clients with attentive care to quality and sustainability compliance.

Job Purpose

Drives the company’s commercial growth by strategically developing sourcing and trading opportunities, focusing on sourcing sustainable bio feedstocks including POME, PFAD, CPO, and Pyrolysis Oils.

Involves identifying, engaging, and negotiating with potential suppliers, preparing and monitoring contracts, and ensuring a reliable supply chain.

Must build their own book of reliable long‑term suppliers and support the lead trader in securing and executing sales contracts.

Acts as a semi‑trader; the role combines strategic planning, market intelligence, and field execution to expand the company’s presence in emerging markets and strengthen long‑term trading flows.

Develop annual sourcing plans for sustainable bio feedstocks collection (POME, PFAD, CPO, and Pyrolysis Oils), including volumes target, supplier mapping, and cost projections.

Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing suppliers to evaluate supply capacity, negotiate commercial terms, and secure agreements.

Lead contract preparation, monitoring, and execution, ensuring all supply and sales contracts are accurately drafted, legally compliant, and signed, also executed within agreed timelines and terms & conditions.

Identify and secure new buyers for sustainable bio feedstock products, achieving agreed sales targets and ensuring profitable trading margins.

Establish a presence and network in the new markets we plan to enter, including attending conferences, meeting producers and suppliers as well as other stakeholders.

Develop relationships with mills and suppliers that are structural, committed and long‑term.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 years in relevant areas

Experience in physical commodity, preferably sustainable bio feedstocks

Strong knowledge and skills in logistic and operational area

Seniority level Mid‑Senior level
