CRM tools, system integration, product knowledge, and customer engagement , while also preparing you for future leadership or specialist roles in Tech, Product, Data, CRM, Marketing, or Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Learn Wine Adore’s product catalogue, customer journey, and CRM systems

Assist in product portfolio recommendation, lead follow-up, event invitations, and CRM data updates

Learn how Wine Adore’s tech stack, CRM systems, and internal tools support business operations

Assist in automation workflows, data entry optimization, and system process improvements

Collaborate closely with the Tech and CRM team, while working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Support

Participate in internal training and hands-on projects to develop your tech and business problem-solving skills

Requirements

Indonesian

citizen or permanent

resident

Fluent in English (an English test will be required).

Final-year students or fresh graduates from Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields (We are open to supporting a formal internship agreement (MoU) with your university as part of your academic program requirements).
