Key Responsibilities Customer Related:

Ensure all patients receive friendly, fast, and professional service.

Handle customer complaints with appropriate and timely solutions.

Maintain clinic cleanliness, comfort, and service quality.

Company Related:

Achieve branch sales targets.

Control daily operations, stock levels, and cashflow.

Prepare and submit regular reports to management.

Ensure full implementation of all SOPs and company policies.

Team Management (Non Medical Staff):

Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of frontliners and sales.

Conduct daily briefings and ensure discipline and grooming standards.

Create a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major (preferably in Management, Communications, Marketing, or Hospitality).

Excellent proficiency in

Mandarin

(high-level Chinese communication) with basic English OR Active

English

proficiency, with at least 80% speaking and comprehension ability.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email, WhatsApp Web, and clinic/retail operating systems.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or Clinic Supervisor (in aesthetic clinics or general medical clinics).

Demonstrated leadership, strong communication skills, and solid problem-solving abilities.

Target oriented, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
