Responsibilities Assist in preparing document for shipment (Packing List, Work Order (PPK), BOM. Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods Assist in inputing the data of custom inventory system for waste. Assist warehouse PIC in achieve 100% data similar between manual and WMS system. Prepare and check shipping documents (e.g., invoices, delivery notes). Update system records for inbound and outbound items. File and maintain logistics-related documentation. Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and procurement teams. Relay updates and issues to logistics PIC and managers Support logistics PIC in daily report Qualifications Bachelor's degree Fresh graduates or graduates with experience in Shipper Staff Proficient in Microsoft Office Good in English
