Offline Marketing Intern

Position : Offline Marketing Intern Job Summary Offline Marketing Intern will support the execution of offline marketing initiatives, partnerships, and brand activation activities. This role requires strong coordination skills, high responsiveness, and the ability to handle both field execution and administrative tasks with accountability. Key Responsibilities Support and manage offline marketing activities, including partnerships with external parties such as communities, institutions, and event organizers. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing offline events, exhibitions, and brand activation programs. Handle day-to-day coordination with partners and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups. Support administrative tasks related to offline marketing activities, including documentation, reporting, budgeting support, and data recap. Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately, responsibly, and within agreed timelines. Provide fast response and on-ground support during events or offline activities when required.

Requirements Undergraduate student or fresh graduate, preferably from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya or Universitas Indonesia. Strong interest in offline marketing, partnerships, and event management. Experienced or familiar with handling events, partnerships, or organizational activities (internship, campus projects, or committees). Highly responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Fast response, good communication skills, and capable of handling administrative tasks.

Work Scope This internship offers hands-on exposure to offline marketing execution, partnership management, and brand activation, with direct involvement in real business operations and cross-functional collaboration.
