Job Description
Develop and implement group-wide Anti-Fraud Strategy in line with OJK regulations.
Conduct fraud risk assessments and oversee mitigation plans across subsidiaries.
Establish and monitor fraud prevention, detection, and investigation frameworks.
Supervise fraud case management and reporting to management and regulators.
Ensure compliance with OJK regulations on risk management and financial conglomeration governance.
Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Legal, and subsidiary fraud teams.
Job Requirements
8–12 years experience in financial services (banking preferred), with strong fraud/risk/compliance exposure.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Risk Management, or related field.
Strong knowledge of OJK regulations, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
Experience in fraud investigation, fraud risk assessment, and regulatory reporting.
Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Professional certifications (CFE, BSMR, CIA, CAMS) are an advantage.
