If you have a passion for developing accurate forecasts through data analysis and informed projections, this role is ideal for you!**Main Responsibilities*** Develop effective forecast models based on industry trend and demand patterns.* Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.* Manage demand forecast accuracy.* Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.* Successfully communicate forecast to stakeholders.* Conduct SnOP process.* Drive discussion with business partners to get additional information on the business strategy.* Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.**Experience & Qualification*** Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.* Forecasting experience (trend and demand)* Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**Skill*** Strong end to end business understanding* Improvement process oriented* Able to work as a team and lead a team* Able to drive related business partner* Strong negotiation skill**Leadership*** You are energized by delivering fantastic results.
