General Requirement Relevant education background and proven track record of working experience at least 3 years with established restaurants in similar position. High attention to details, have a good business awareness, entrepreneurship, and target oriented. Well knowledge and good understanding of hygiene, sanitation & safety practices (1-4). Strong leadership with excellent communication & interpersonal skills (1-2). Good communication skill in English both speaking and written. Good communication skill and customer service oriented (6&7). Strong knowledge of cocktails (7) Able to work under pressure
