Position Overview The

LinkedIn & Content Marketing Specialist

is responsible for driving B2B lead generation, brand positioning, and referral pipeline growth. This founder-led marketing role focuses heavily on audience activation, U.S. market outreach, and visual content creation to secure strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, entrepreneurial self-starter who can confidently manage content workflows and hold the founder accountable for deadlines.

Key Responsibilities Draft and refine LinkedIn content based on founder input (voice notes, written ideas, conversations). Maintain consistent weekly LinkedIn posting rhythm (all content reviewed before publishing). Refine content to reflect the founder’s confident, educational, leadership tone. Design clean, professional visuals using Canva (carousels, one-pagers, branded assets). Create LinkedIn carousels, graphics, quote cards, diagrams, and branded templates. Monitor LinkedIn engagement and identify activation and follow-up opportunities. Prepare relationship-focused outreach drafts for warm prospects and referral partners. Track conversations, follow-ups, and referral touchpoints in a simple system. Support development of referral-ready assets and case-based proof materials. Repurpose strong content into articles, email snippets, and website updates. Conduct basic keyword research and draft 1–2 SEO-informed authority articles per month. Provide weekly summaries of growth activity, follow-ups, and next actions.

Qualifications Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or growth support. Strong practical understanding of

U.S. market outreach

and B2B communication dynamics. Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B business platform. Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adopt a self-assertive, founder-led voice. Strong Canva design skills (Adobe is a plus, not required). Fluent English (C1/C2 level, written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications Experience in the

HR outsourcing , consulting, or B2B professional services industry. Basic understanding of SEO principles (search intent, keyword research, on-page optimization). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

Work Environment & Compensation Schedule:
