The Role: Women in Tech Ambassador We are looking for passionate, proactive Ambassadors to represent FemTechConf within their local tech ecosystems and grow the Women in Tech Community for FemTechConf. This is a leadership-driven community role for individuals who believe in advancing women in technology and want to actively shape the future of the industry. Ambassadors will help expand FemTechConf’s presence in key cities, strengthen local engagement, and act as connectors between their regional tech communities and the broader FemTechConf network.

Key Responsibilities Represent FemTechConf in your city or region Actively grow and nurture the local Women in Tech community Promote upcoming FemTechConf events and initiatives Support outreach to potential speakers, partners, and attendees Identify inspiring women leaders and rising talent within your ecosystem Host or co-host community meetups, roundtables, or informal networking gatherings Share event highlights and community insights across LinkedIn and social platforms Act as a bridge between your local network and the FemTechConf core team Connect FemTechConf to potential partners for the FemTechConf Scholarship Initiative and Women in Tech EMEA Summit

About You Someone working in tech, product, engineering, data, AI, leadership, venture, or related fields who supports Women in Tech Passionate about diversity, inclusion, and representation in technology Well connected within your local tech ecosystem Comfortable engaging publicly on LinkedIn or at events Proactive, organised, and self-driven Excited to build something meaningful within a growing European network Basic Experience in managing events or running small community meetups Experience with AI Tools like ChatGPT, Claude etc Experience in community building, public speaking, employer branding, event organisation, or ecosystem partnerships is a strong plus.

Time Commitment Flexible and impact-based. Approximately 5–10 hours per month depending on initiatives and city-level activity.

Compensation This is primarily a voluntary leadership and community-building role. Ambassadors receive complimentary access to select events, visibility opportunities, and priority access to speaking or moderation opportunities. For larger initiatives or city-level event leadership, structured compensation arrangements can be discussed.
