We're Hiring: Sales Software Automation Specialist!

Responsibilities
Proven track record in delivering compelling software demonstrations and presentations. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences, from technical teams to C‑level executives. You should be adept at tailoring your message to address specific client needs, handling objections with confidence, and articulating complex software features into clear business benefits. Strong presentation skills and a demonstrable background in a software sales or pre‑sales environment are essential for this role.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive software product sales, specifically in areas such as Enterprise Historian, Alarm Management, Data Analytics, Remote Dashboard, Performance KPI Dashboard, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), Electronic Batch Recorder, Data Lake, and Proactive Maintenance Software.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial/process automation and manufacturing sectors, with a deep understanding of software solutions. Experience in oil and gas industry or pharmaceuticals industry are preferred.
Must possess a strong results‑driven mentality with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. We require a professional who is not only a closer but also a strategic thinker, capable of performing accurate sales forecasting and providing projections to manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Possess a solid technical foundation in Process Automation Systems, Instrumentation Systems, PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), and DCS (Distributed Control Systems) is highly advantageous, as it is crucial for understanding our clients’ operational environments and effectively tailoring our software solutions to their specific technical challenges.
Requirements
Male with age 35 – 40‑year‑old
Min Diploma Degree majoring in automation/electrical/physic engineering
Min 2 – 5 years working experiences as Sales in the software industry, specifically with a proven track record of securing large‑scale software projects and expertise in selling subscription‑based (SaaS) models.
Experiences working in Manufacture or Oil and Gas Industry is preferred
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional technical presentation skills, with hands‑on experience in industrial automation including MES Solution, PLC, and DCS, and familiar with ISA‑95 Architecture.
a strategic thinker adept at monthly and quarterly forecasting, with outstanding English communication skills (both written and verbal)
a demonstrated ability to articulate complex software value propositions to both technical and executive audiences.
