Sr. Cost Engineer / Estimator (TPC Position)

Job Description

Prepare multi-disciplinary cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and services for the project using appropriate tools and systems.

Discuss, coordinate, and resolve estimating input/queries with project team and subject matter experts available in the organization to ensure quality estimate.

Ensure all assumptions/clarifications are properly documented.

Provide support for any selection and optimization study during project development.

Support project team in identification, evaluation and capture of capital efficiency opportunities and estimate risks.

Perform complete analysis and cost validations using internal and external benchmarking data, historical indices, and component benchmarking.

Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.

Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Mechanical, Industrial or other related engineering field.

Minimum 10 years of prior experience in EPC or Project Management at Upstream Oil & Gas company (PSC).

Minimum 10 years of experience in cost estimation and its execution.

Solid experience in using cost estimation and cost analysis software.
