General Requirements

Experience in HR functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, payroll, and personnel recordkeeping

Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Having minimum 4 years experience leading Human Resources Department in hospitality industry
