Role Description This is a part-time on‑site role for a Beauty Advisor at deocna located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Beauty Advisor will assist customers in exploring and selecting fragrances, providing personalized recommendations, and creating memorable experiences. The role will involve engaging with customers to enhance their understanding and appreciation of Indonesian perfumery.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing perfume products.

Provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations.

Promote perfume products and help achieve sales targets.

Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store environment.

Requirements

Previous experience as an SPG, Beauty Advisor, or in retail is a plus.

Strong knowledge of perfumes and beauty products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Ability to work well in a team and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Flexibility to work part‑time hours.
