Responsibilities

Monitor MRP (Material Requirement Planning) and MPS (Master Production Schedule) to ensure raw material and component availability according to the production schedule.

Conduct daily follow‑ups with contract manufacturers regarding production status, material requirements, output schedules, and potential issues.

Perform reconciliation of inbound finished goods data between contract manufacturer reports, warehouse records, and system data.

Control the readiness of raw materials and components prior to the production schedule.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics & Material Management, with PPIC experience (preferably in FMCG or contract manufacturing).

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, data analysis).

Proactive, communicative, and able to coordinate effectively with contract manufacturers and cross‑department internal teams.
