Trainer HVAC

Responsibilities About the role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer HVAC to join our team at PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia. As a Trainer HVAC, you will play a crucial role in educating and upskilling our technicians on the latest heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) technologies and best practices. This full-time position will be based in North Jakarta, Jakarta. What You'll Be Doing Develop and deliver comprehensive training program on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair procedures Conduct hands-on training sessions in our state-of-the-art training facilities Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and adapt training content accordingly Provide technical support and guidance to our nationwide network of HVAC technicians Collaborate with the product development team to incorporate feedback and insights from the field Maintain detailed training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training program Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training capabilities

Requirements What We're Looking For In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting Ability to effectively communicate technical information to a diverse audience Excellent presentation and facilitation skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends Willing to travel to different locations within Indonesia to provide on-site training
