Accounting Specialist (mandarin)

Responsibility1. Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, LKPM, and complete monthly-close processes2. Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers3. Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company4. Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data5. Analysing data collected to determine the state of the company’s financial health6. In charge of internal and external audit work, support transfer pricing.7. Ensure compliance with local accounting principles, tax regulations, and statutory requirements8. Manage the company's internal system (in Chinese), reviewing invoices and payment requests submitted through the system9、Report analysis and reporting abdout the BS、IS、CF details and internal control inspection10、Voucher Binding and Filing.11、Assist in establishing a regular SOP for finance work.12、Provide assistance to headquarters and respond to colleagues. Requirements1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Economics2. Have a minimum of 2 years working experience in general ledger accounting with a shipping or Logistics background is a plus3. Proficiency in accounting software and bookkeeping programs such as Oracle or EBS4. Fluency in oral and written Chinese and English5. Good practical experience with finance software and MS Office, particularly Excel6. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, and good time & organizational management skills7. Knowledge of relevant tax laws in accordance with the tax system in Indonesia, and accounting regulations & practices8. Highly ethical with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information
