Overlook the entire transport & warehouse process flow.

Build and deploy the supply chain planning process effectively and efficiently.

Focus on continuous improvement processes for ordering, shipping, receiving, storing, and delivering products to meet customer needs.

Act as a Control Tower to maintain balanced achievements between stakeholders.

Collect and resolve issues related to selling products (returns, complaints, etc.) from multiple sources such as social media, email, and chats in collaboration with internal departments.

Develop and maintain working relationships with key partners (3PL) to execute the process on time and within budget.

Work closely with Merchandising, Purchasing, Warehouse & Finance to provide customer & stakeholder needs.

Supervise the end‑to‑end process ensuring accuracy and timing.

Research and analyze the most cost‑efficient operational network.

Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.

Responsible for ad‑hoc projects from users and teams.

Operations Excellence

Create, monitor and ensure the implementation of the Continuous Improvement Program with business users to accelerate processes and increase productivity (Internal Memo, Policies, Business Process & SOP).

Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring the project runs smoothly according to project scope, timeline, and budget.

Change Management: lead and facilitate cross‑functional change initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption and realization of benefits.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize impact on project deliverables.

System Implementation: assess and recommend technology solutions (e.g., process automation tools, analytics platforms) to drive continuous improvement.

Business & Process Analysis

Data‑Driven Optimization: leverage advanced data analytics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation across operations functions.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize impact on project deliverables.
