Job Summary: As a Senior PR Manager, you will play a key role in managing and strengthening the company’s relationships with talents and influencers within the beauty industry. You will be responsible for identifying the right talents, handling end-to-end collaboration processes, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the partnership. This role requires someone who is beauty‑savvy, relationship‑driven, detail‑oriented, and capable of navigating fast‑paced brand activations. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships between the company and talents (Influencers/celebrity) Identify and shortlist talents that match brand needs, while keeping up with trending and upcoming talents. Oversee end-to-end collaboration processes: approaching, negotiation, briefing, posting, and reporting. Coordinate talent attendance and assist in scheduling meetings. Support PR package and gifting program execution. Assist in negotiation and ensure all partnership agreements are executed according to the contract. Conduct research on beauty industry trends and upcoming market movements. Identify potential risks in talent partnerships and provide early warnings or red flags. Provide recommendations for talent fitting based on brand requirements. Handle communication issues and manage conflict resolution when needed. Collaborate closely with the PR team and cross‑functional departments involved in talent collaborations. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field Well‑groomed and professionally presented Strong interest and sensitivity toward beauty trends and beauty industry Detail‑oriented with excellent time management Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (warm & friendly) and Strong relationship‑building capability Have an experience in handling KOL is a plus Collaborative team player Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Seniority Level
