Synopsis Guide, lead, and direct the market through effective management of Etihad's insource team with the cargo commercial and operational strategy to maximize results for the relevant market. Effective achievement of objectives by setting objectives for the insource team, developing and motivating the team to maximize individual and collective performance. You will drive continuous performance management and coaching to improve performance. You will comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health, and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Accountabilities

Lead the implementation of EY Cargo commercial strategy in the respective market and for the respective accounts.

Lead, manage, and coordinate the team to achieve agreed‑upon targets according to the defined strategy and budget expectations.

Develop, implement, and execute strong country, area, and account plans to maximize Etihad Cargo’s revenue, load factor, yield, and product mix.

Lead, develop, manage and maintain a portfolio of customer contracts following Etihad Cargo’s segmentation model and commercial strategy.

Develop, maintain, and steer customer relationships, including global key accounts (where the key account structure requires), regional key accounts, and local accounts at all levels.

Collect, organise, provide feedback to HQ, and proactively act based on market intelligence. Identify opportunities and potential obstacles, and plan strategies to overcome any resistance.

Use defined tools of KPI and SLA to ensure compliance with EYCC standards and service levels.

Participate in the budgeting process. Ensure no financial bad debt and full compliance with CASS when applicable.

Drive implementation of iCargo, self‑service solutions, direct booking capabilities and E‑Airway Bill.

Cooperate with the GHA/Cargo Terminal to supply quality service to customers and comply with the EY Standards.

Education & Experience High School with 3 years of relevant work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of relevant work experience field.

Minimum 5 years commercial experience within cargo. Extensive experience with strong customer knowledge.

Fluent English – both written and spoken is essential.

Strong cargo commercial experience. Basic knowledge and experience with GHA/warehouse handling.
