Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing personalized financial solutions and advisory services to meet their unique needs

Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate wealth management products and services

Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as investment and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions

Contribute to the growth and development of the Treasures Relationship Management team by sharing best practices and providing mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

Have experience in a client-facing role within the wealth management or private banking industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address complex financial needs

Thorough knowledge of wealth management products, services, and investment strategies

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the Treasures Relationship Management team
