Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jakarta for a People Search Recruitment. The role includes sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates, managing the recruitment process, and implementing effective hiring strategies. Additional responsibilities include building a talent pipeline, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate databases to meet the organization's hiring needs.

Qualifications

Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates across various job levels.

Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Proficiency in maintaining accurate candidate databases and managing recruitment tools.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
