Job Description As a Head of HR, your main responsibilities will include:

Spearheading the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives aligned with the organisation's overarching objectives.

Orchestrating talent acquisition and selection processes to secure high‑calibre professionals.

Cultivating constructive employee relations while ensuring rigorous adherence to employment legislation and regulatory frameworks.

Driving performance management and professional development programmes to enhance organisational capability.

Architecting and administering competitive compensation and benefits schemes that support retention and motivation.

Championing a organisational culture that fosters inclusivity, engagement, and a shared sense of purpose.

Advising senior leadership on complex HR matters with insight and strategic foresight.

Streamlining HR operations to ensure optimal efficiency and service excellence across all functions.

The Successful Applicant A successful Head of HR should have:

At least Bachelor's degree in related discipline with relevant working experience within Human Resources.

A minimum of 10 years professional experience with at least 5 years of senior HR leadership capacity.

Strong understanding in end‑to‑end HR functions, including HR business‑partnering, talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.

Working knowledge of Indonesia's labor law and regulatory frameworks.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities ideally within a multicultural work environment.
