Role Description
Develop and expand business opportunities in the region
Identify and approach potential clients to generate new sales
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Provide regular sales reports and market updates to the Head Office
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in construction, geosynthetics, or related industries)
Based in or willing to relocate to Balikpapan or Samarinda
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Strong communication and presentation skills
High initiative, independence, and self-motivation
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
Willing to travel within the East Indonesia region
