Sales Staff – Mining Target

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for Off-grid Solar PV projects across Indonesia, especially in Mining Industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and potential project sites.

Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, feasibility studies, and project presentations.

Support end-to-end business development process, from lead generation to contract negotiation.

Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and renewable energy innovations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics/Management is preferable.

Strong interest and passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Willingness to travel within Indonesia if required.
